Admeriq ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Admeriq platform, a marketing analytics service that helps businesses track ad spend and revenue performance. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information — name and email address when you register.
Ad platform data — advertising spend, impressions, clicks, and performance metrics fetched from connected platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) via OAuth on your authorisation.
Ecommerce data — order revenue and customer data fetched from connected storefronts (Shopify) via OAuth on your authorisation.
Usage data — pages visited and actions taken within the platform, used to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Admeriq platform.
Calculate and display marketing efficiency metrics (MER, ROAS, NCAC) for your business.
Send transactional emails such as import completion notifications.
Respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your ad account or ecommerce data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

3. Third-Party Platform Integrations

When you connect a third-party platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify), you authorise Admeriq to access data from that platform on your behalf using OAuth. We access only the minimum data required to provide the service:

Meta Ads — read-only access to ad account spend and performance data.
Google Ads — read-only access to campaign spend and performance data.
TikTok Ads — read-only access to advertiser spend and performance data.
Shopify — read-only access to order and customer data.

We never create, modify, or delete ads, orders, or any content on connected platforms.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular backups.

OAuth access tokens for connected platforms are stored securely and used only to fetch your data. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting a platform within Admeriq or revoking permissions directly in the third-party platform.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Disconnect any third-party platform integration at any time.

7. Cookies

Admeriq uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
