Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Admeriq. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Description of Service

Admeriq is a marketing analytics platform that connects to your advertising accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and ecommerce storefronts (Shopify) to provide unified performance reporting, including Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), revenue tracking, and ad spend analysis.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Admeriq, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind your business to these terms, and agree to comply with them.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Ensuring that any third-party platform connections (Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify) are made with appropriate authorisation from the account owner.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party platform's terms of service.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service.
Use the service to process data you do not have the right to access.

5. Third-Party Platform Data

When you connect a third-party platform, you grant Admeriq permission to access data from that platform on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that data with us and that doing so complies with the platform's terms and applicable law.

Admeriq accesses third-party platforms in read-only mode. We do not modify, delete, or create any content on connected platforms.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of significant downtime where possible.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the data or metrics displayed are error-free or suitable for any particular business purpose. Marketing performance data should be used as a guide only and independently verified where business-critical decisions are involved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admeriq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using Admeriq and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
